A STRANGE DREAM

A Long dream I had last night

It gave me such an awful fright

In Buenos Aires, I was stuck

Though I had a rental truck

Negotiate a boarding pass

At the airport sat my ass

Had to wait, till really late

Till 11:pm at the gate

Would arrive home at early morn

Late for work, my boss would scorn

And though the dream I was broke

Really glad when I awoke!

COLUMBIA

It was January 86, when it happened last

The time, it has passed so fast

Our confidence in space travel has erode

When we saw the shuttle explode

Our nation is once again aghast

And now our flag flies at half mast

SLANG

I’m so cool that I’m hot.

I’m so hot that I’m cool.

I be chillin’

I’m so sick, but I’m sick

I’m so good that I’m bad

I be illin’

The slang that they speak

now our language is weak

it’s a killin’
